Where do I find my VIN?
On the car registration card (the "mécanique"), on the windshield corner near the dashboard, and on the driver's door pillar. It has 17 characters.
How fast do I get a price?
Usually within minutes during opening hours. Parts we have in stock are priced immediately; others we confirm with our suppliers first.
Do you deliver?
Yes, in Beirut and nearby areas, and you can always collect from the shop in Ghobeiry. Delivery fees depend on the area and are shown before you confirm.
How do I pay?
Cash on delivery or at the shop. Online payment with Whish is available for web orders.
Can I return a part?
Yes, within 7 days if it is unused and in its original packaging. If we identified the wrong part, the exchange is free. Electrical parts cannot be returned once installed.
Will you share my phone number?
No. We use your number only for your requests and service reminders. We never share it with suppliers.
Do you sell other brands?
We started with Hyundai and Kia. Send us your car and we will tell you if we can supply it.
