Where to find the VIN on a Lebanese registration card

What is the VIN?

The VIN (chassis number, "numéro de châssis") is a 17-character code that identifies your exact car. With it we know the engine, the year and the trim, so the part we quote is the part that fits.

Where to find it

1) On the car registration card (the "mécanique"): look for "N° de châssis" or "VIN".

2) On the windshield, bottom corner on the driver's side, visible from outside.

3) On a sticker on the driver's door pillar, and stamped near the front passenger seat or in the engine bay.

How to read it

It has letters and digits but never the letters I, O or Q. A Hyundai usually starts with KMH, a Kia with KNA, KND or KNM. Take a clear photo and send it to us: you do not have to type it.
